Israel did a great job assessing mold and removing it. He tested the air before and after in my living space. Isolated the area where he was working, used fans and HEPA filters. He accidentally broke a light fixture and replaced it, just like new.

We recently had Ike from Environment Control North Seattle out to check out some mold spots we had noticed behind our baseboard trim. Ike was not only highly knowledgeable but also transparent and honest. He let us know that the spot we had seen was not concerning as it was old mold from a past leak and the area was dry. I appreciate his truthfulness. Should we have an issue in the future with mold or water I know who to call!

We had the worst nightmare situation of a sewer line failing and sewage backing up into our basement laundry/utility room. We called Environment Control North Seattle Restoration Services and Kaleb arrived within 30 minutes on a Friday evening - we were very impressed by the responsiveness and Brandon's help getting someone to us so quickly. Kaleb and Johnny did an amazing job cleaning, removing ruined drywall, properly sanitizing and dehumidifying & drying the space. They also hauled away all of the damaged items for disposal. They were friendly, helpful and professional, and their clean up took a massive weight of stress off our shoulders while dealing with the repair. Since they handled the "big bad" of water damage so well, I would strongly recommend them for any water damage restoration services.
